Okay...So I was up way late last night...till at least 3am. And by that time I was really hungry. But I didn't eat anything. And as such, was down this morning to the lowest I have been since I started.

Took my measurements today. Some were up and some were down. Really weird about the ones being up since I haven't been weight training. I guess it is possible that I measured wrong either today or the last time. Will measure again in a month and compare.

Waist--40.0 (down 0.5)
Hips--46.00 (down 2.0)
Left Thigh--28.5 (down 0.5)
Right Thigh--29.5 (up 1.0)
Left Arm--14.5 (same)
Right Arm--15.5 (up 1.0)

I haven't been working out properly. I need to start and stick to a regime to tone my arms and work the muscles around me knee. I bought the Shake Weight but haven't used it regularly. I need to do that and some free weight stuff.

LOL. I know. The night is the hardest for me because I am a big time boredom eater

I almost boght a Shake weight the other day but my daughter laughed me out of it. Good job not giving in to temptation. I also had measurements that seemed to go up for no reason. I assumed I measured wrong.

The Shake Weight feels a little awkward at first, but I definitely feel it making me sore...just haven't used it enough to state whether or not if lives up to the hype. Will have to report on that later
