OK So I kinda blew it yesterday and the night before. Yesterday was due to emotional..."this will make me feel better" eating. Oh well. I shall get back on the horse cuz THAT is what feels better. No sugary food ever solved personal problems. Nope. So..... here goes again. Good food and a workout today.
