Pretty disappointed in the scale this week but cant argue with the tape measure. Wieght pretty stable but definitely dropped inches so I will take that. I may be fooling myself but muscle does weigh more than fat and I have been trying to build muscle. THis week my goal is 5 pounds! I will do this I want to be in one-derland in three weeks or sooner!
