It is not worth it....

... for me to skip breakfast.
I had my bullet proof very early this morning, including some collagen powder. Normally I eat breakfast at 9.30 am, like a clockwork I am hungry then. No matter if at work or weekends. Even with a jet-lag I was right there at local time. No idea what causes it but this is a must!
So, today we had a meeting scheduled at 9 am, planned for 1 1/2 hrs but it took two. Lunchtime!!! and I was starving. I had my lunch, it was sufficient, but the feeling of being hungry never left me.
Came home and made some dinner and still could go on eating. Dangerous! I have/had enough calories left but don't want to eat anymore. It feels like whenever I eat something it makes me even hungrier. I decided to go with a bullet proof chai tea. Hopefully that takes this empty stomach feeling away.

I hate feeling hungry all the time. It helps me to drink more coffee, or like you did with the Chai Latte. You were strong.

I drink a lot of coffee already. That's why I went for the bullet proof Chai -still a BPC *lol* :-)
