Day 21: I've been very bad and I don't care

Emotional Eating Out of Control


It's been a bad, slippery slope, and spiral downward. Did not even think about my usual life savers. Didn't care. Wanted my chocolate and carbs. What hole was I trying to fill?

Today, I'm better, but with a hungry hangover. My strategies for today are;

• Absolutely no sugar or processed flour
• Tons of water
• Fruit & Veggies
• Protein
• Exercise


Maybe I'll sleep better tonight without the additional anxiety of nervous energy which is how my body reacts to junk food.

It's funny, that in this stage of my life, bad behavior is unhealthy eating habits.

Thanks for all your support! This is a great site where we can really help each other out. Your comments are so helpful and I realize that we are all human. Beating myself up doesn't have to be part of it.
