Another long and busy day that started after I slept in by 40 minutes! Yesterdays outdoor activities must have absolutely wiped me out - I am still sore and tired! I was also off on my eating schedule today and just finished dinner after 9 pm. I am afraid to look at the scale tomorrow but hopefully it isn't too bad. Zumba again tomorrow night so I really need to fuel myself throughout the day so I have the energy to keep up!
