Let's see.. where to start...
So I have been on keto and doing IF (intermmit fasting) for several weeks. I get up and hit the gym at 5am to work out in a fasted state. I have been logging my blood glucose and ketone levels after my work outs. I typically fast 19 to 20 hours with a 5 to 4 hour feeding window.

Now, on to what lead me to this entry. Yesterday was my off day in regards to gym so I slept in to about 8am. My ketones were 4.6, I thought wow that's a spike from the norm. Maybe the spike was from not working out. Today I decided to test before and after workout to see if there is a correlation.
Here are the results.
Before work out numbers.
ketones 2.9
blood glucose 81

After work our
ketones 2.5
blood glucose 69

more of a change in blood glucose then ketones. Interesting... I may give this a test tomorrow as well.
