1512 kcal Fat: 48.64g | Prot: 44.22g | Carb: 195.54g.   Breakfast: Blocker Bread (small), great value yogurt fat free key lime, starbucks via ready brew, half and half. Lunch: harissa, great value boil in a bag rice, olive oil, salt. Dinner: white wine, flour, salt, butter, sugar, yeast, egg, tomato bisque soup, mashed potatoes. Snacks/Other: coffee mate creamer vanilla, mediterranean snacks cracked pepper baked lentil chips, frigo cheese heads. more...
