Haven’t posted in a while. Got sick with a bad sinus infection and my body took a beating. Lost 5 lbs and was 169 😓. Getting back in the groove and sitting at 171 today.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 29.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
