Haven’t posted in awhile. Still tracking. I’ve maintaining between 171-175 yet my waist is definately smaller. I’m swimming at the waist 😂👍🏼
172.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
