Early morning dental appointment threw off my breakfast schedule but am still managing to get enough protein and water for the day. I attended another baseball game last night and easily brought my own big salad and water - and was able to resist ALL the food around me! It also helped that my husband was with me - but I still would not eat even if alone because I would have to log it!
