I am almost, (almost) afraid of next Monday's weigh-in. The cravings are hitting me hard this week.i already caved and bought Chocolate. i had planned on getting the largest bar in the store but when i went to the store, i picked the smallest bar. so small victory. yay.

1043 kcal Fat: 26.86g | Prot: 42.57g | Carb: 170.94g.   Breakfast: Whole Milk, Corn Flakes. Lunch: Watermelon, Bananas, Cadbury Dairy Milk. Dinner: 2% Fat Buttermilk, Red Kidney Beans (with Salt, Cooked, Boiled), No Name Mixed Vegetables. Snacks/Other: Tea with Milk, Dry Roasted Unsalted Peanuts, Creamfields Whole Milk, Cocoa Powder, Watermelon. more...

Nice one,I’ve just had fortnight of Choccy 😟 but I’m too weak to choose smaller so must abstain again 😊

I buy the mini bars cause I just can't go without. There is a good diet ice cream on the market right now called Oppo. Its 30 odd calories a scoop
