On a Facebook group, Forks to Fit, one of the most inspiring women in the group, passed away in her sleep last week. She was 31 years old. It hurt my heart when I read that last night. She would always post videos of herself working out - modifications and all - and we all were encouraged by her.

My uncle almost died last Thursday - his blood pressure dropped to 50/44, and was declining, but God wasn't ready for him yet, and after stabilizing he was returned home and is doing fair. He is tired, but still going. He is a miracle indeed. He was to have died 10 years ago. And yet....he remains on this earth. There was alot of emotion last week.

Today even on the way to work, I was remembering my friend who passed away suddenly 11/8/17 and her daughter will experience what so many of us have experienced, the first Christmas without our loved ones. Started to tear up, then remembered my tissues were not within reach and I was wearing mascara. Dried up!

Today is our office Christmas party. I am enjoying myself but not crazy (did bring healthy lunch as if to counterbalance the damage). Thank you for my friends who reminded me that exercise is a good release for the emotions of the season.
