I had to increase my carb intake to 45 carbs per meal. That is still a small amount compared to what I was doing before March 23rd. I still have a hard time keeping my calorie intake up. I stay below 1500 when I should be taking in 2000-2500. If I'm not hungry, I just don't eat. Any suggestions?
