Swore to myself I wasn't going to have coke and doritos for breakfast (really really need/want to break this habit), but got stressed out getting everyone ready to get out the door on time and stopped at the gas station instead of coming to work and eating oatmeal :( Tomorrow's breakfast will be bettter!!!

I did pack my lunch though. I guess that counts for something.

I read your profile and laughed at this entry because it's soooo me!!! I have to get all my food ready for work the night before or it's a scramble with the kids in the am. (They are 4 and 10) I'm struggling because although I am back to logging every bite I eat the and being more active after a tough few months, the scale isn't cooperating. Seemed to finally be going down and then my 40th b'day hit, ugh!! Well still hoping. Problem is I'm getting more extreme to get that tummy in shape with the rest of me and it's not me. I lost 40 lbs making a true lifestyle change and 1000 cals a day is not something I will live with forever. I don't see how at 5'4" and 138 that I gain when I eat over 1500 a day. It's really been a struggle but I'm trying to figure it out now that I have a absolute fear of gaining. OK... NO MORE DORITOS lol!!! Look at my food diary. Most things I can get ready the night before. If you have a microwave for your oatmeal try this. In a container put 3/4 cup egg beaters, an ounce of cut up 98% fat free ham, veggies of your choice (I do mushrooms, maybe a small boiled potato or cooked spinach) also a small baggie or container of 2% shredded cheese. Microwave the egg scramble about 2.5 minutes mixing and scrapping the sides every 30 seconds. Take out and top with cheese. I eat this at home for any meal I need protien and something filling.
