Saw that you changed your diet, are you still doing low carb, just modified? I added milk back to my diet which is not Paleo (nor Atkins I believe) but the almond/coconut milk is not so easily attainable and I just use it for coffee or skim milk in smoothies. So what changes have you made? Love you!!!

Yeah, I changed it because Atkins people/program is pretty regimented. And I am not doing it according to plan, so I shouldn't call it Atkins.
