I exercised yesterday, but didn't run. So I have to run today, and I will. I changed my work out goal. I figure I'll attack this weight in quartiles, meaning 25# at a time. I think setting smaller goals may lead to more satisfaction on my part :), and make me feel like I am making progress. Ok that's all for today really.
