I know that weight fluctuates, but it is very depressing that despite having followed this diet pretty darn closely for the last couple of weeks, I have actually gained five pounds. It seems like I was better off when I just ate within reason for all three meals. I have been exercising more now than before I started the darn diet, and still - gain of five pounds. And of course my wallet is lighter by $117 per month. Hmmph.
230.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Are you making sure to eat at least 1200 calories? I just started this program today because a friend of mine from church has lost a total of 61(yes 61) pounds since Feb. She loves it! I'm praying for the same results as her!
