Today is the 16th day straight of yoga/working out. Today I did P90X yoga and started the 6 weeks to beautiful arms workout. It only took about 10 minutes. We will see how the arms feel tomorrow. Hoping to walk later today also.
I finally broke into the 140's today!! I haven't been able to get below 150 for a loooong time. That has me psyched to eat even better today.
