here it goes!

Going to be registering for a local triathlon July 28th. Need a race date to motivate me and keep me focused. I race to train!

Current condition:
swimming: 1 mile after two weeks of training with 15 yr old son
biking: no idea really... been too long since I've been on the bike
running: barely do 5k with Galloway style run 3-4 minutes/walk 1 minute
Look to greatly improve all these categories in the next 12 weeks!

Weight loss goal 1.5 to 2 lbs per week x 13 weeks = 18-26 lbs
Target of 250 by Race Day on July 28th

Good luck! I did a sprint triathlon a few years ago and felt SO accomplished afterwards. It was such hard work, I cried when I crossed the finish line. lol :)
