I had a rest day yesterday because I was pretty sore all over and feeling like I was overdoing it. I stayed within my calorie limit and made good food choices, but I was HUNGRY (physically) for most of the day. I didn't use that as an excuse to overeat though, so YAY for me! Slow and steady losing is working!!!!!
222.8 lb Lost so far: 17.2 lb.    Still to go: 32.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.9 lb a week
