Everyone, if you noticed, I have gained 6 pounds!!! and I have joined weight watchers. I seem to be serious about loosing weight, again ;(.

Yesterday, I officialy started the Flex point weight watchers plan. I had a rough time!!!. I was hungry the whole day and could not help but eat. Of course I was keeping track of my points and tried to make healthfull choices. JA! I was supposed to only eat 30 points worth of food and I ended up eating 60!!! It was rough people!

Today I feel much better. I am not as anxious or hungry. I ate a bowl of oatmeal with 1 cup mixed fruit and it is 11:30 and I am still feeling pretty content. I am very hofeful keep this up and I hope the meetings really help me stay focus...

I will keep posting.!!
