So I took about a week off just to stop stressing and obsessing about the scale. During that time I gained back 3.6 pounds and I've lost back 3 of those pounds. BUT I have set back my goal by at least 2 weeks. So hopefully I won't do that again. I can easily deal with one bad day if I get back on track the next day, but 7 or 8 days or whatever it was is too much. AND I didn't do all that much bad eating. I did have one meal from McDonald's otherwise it was just finding bad stuff in my house. There wasn't that much bad to eat, no ice cream or other sweets (I was really craving sweets). No chips, cheese. But I made cinnamon toast and drank 4 or 5 regular Pepsi's.
