Fritzy 22's Journal, 21 October 2017

The plan was to make chili today and have a small portion for dinner today and tomorrow and freeze the rest in small 1/2 cup to 1 cup servings. Weighed the ground beef and for some reason wanted to make tacos! I had small flour tortillas and the taco seasoning mix so cooked part of the ground beef and made the tacos. Ended up with 1 1/2 tortillas. It's just past 11am and my plan for the day is blown so not sure how I'll finish the day. Chili is almost done, but hopefully I will save it for tomorrow. Hate when I do things like this!

Don't let a couple of tacos undo your day. Just mark them up as the food you most wanted and remember that chili tastes better the next day. You're doing great.

I know I need to stop obsessing when I eat something I hadn't planned on. This is a new development so not sure I am overreacting so much. Did the same thing a few days ago when I ate ham! Still losing weight, just have to adjust my day a bit.

You're halfway to your goal! Obviously, you have done many things just right for yourself to get the weight off. So don't major on the minor setbacks and keep doing as you've been doing.
