It's been like this over a month. Very frustrating but I'm kind of getting used to it now, lol.

When you seem to be stalled, it helps to shake things up a bit. Do a carb load day, and then back to strict keto for the 'whoosh'. Or try an extended fast...2-3 days of coffee, bone broth, water, etc. It really does work.

Thanks for the tip. I think fasting is the most effective way but I don't have the will power now. I just had a small peanut m&m fun pack today when they started giving out candies to the kids at the daycare :-(
