AlgaeGirl's Journal, 14 April 2012

I didn't gain back all the weight I had lost, but there are days when I look in the mirror and still think I am 230lbs.

And I know that the first 40 or so pounds didn't just magically melt off me either. I worked hard to lose that weight.

So why, now that I am exercising again, and eating less junk, do I feel like things are going so slowly?

My mindset is no different, just the starting weight...

Is it truly harder to lose pounds when you are lighter and maybe more fit? That doesn't seem right at all...

What am I doing wrong here?!?
