The apartment we saw yesterday was TERRIBLE. It was in the middle of construction, it was dirty, it was old. The two bedrooms on the third floor had maaaaaybe 6' ceilings? Neither of our boyfriends would be able to stand! (They're 6'1" and 6'6"). The basement where the washer and dryer were was basically a spider infestation. And I am seriouslyyyy arachnaphobic. So, no thank you. We will not be living here. But we're still really optomistic about two of the places on Sunday we have scheduled to see!
Tonight I'm meeting the flag football team for the first time to throw the ball around and meet everyone. We'll be going out for a few beers afterwards, so I'm going to try to keep my calories low, get some good exercise in (maybe even wear my Garmin to see how many calories I burn) so I can splurge a little on the alcohol. Then, tomorrow is our first real game! I believe we're playing my boyfriends old team, who he doesn't like very much. Should be interesting...
He's at another interview right now! It's for a job IN PHILADELPHIA!!!! YESSSS! But, it's just an okay job :-/ No where near as good as the Baltimore one, so it's definitely at the bottom of his list. A girl can dream, I guess..
Have a few errands to run after work today (done before 1pm! WOO!) so I'll have a busy day. But busy is good! I'll take it.
