It is getting easier for me to do the intermittent fasting. That is why I am beginning to lose weight faster, just in case anyone wants to know why I am losing so fast. But I recommend you don't try what I am doing unless you have first accustomed yourself first gradually. Your stomach and body need to get accustomed first and when you have a solid foundation, then you can go full steam ahead.

Thank you for posting this! I'm seeing more people jumping into fasting, without even doing IF consistently for a while. This isn't a sprint! :-)

yep, it should not be a sprint so the body has a chance to adjust or acclimate slowly to the changes. Just so happens, primarily I am doing it for health reasons and secondly for financial reasons.
