I have a really good loss week, and then I have a more normal one to balance it out. 😩 I splurged too much this week. Had a large blizzard on Tuesday, popcorn on Wednesday and yesterday and overate at dinner last night too. Oh well... Slow progress is better than no progress! Oh - I also *officially* hit 20 lbs lost this week. 7 weeks and I'm already down 20.4 lbs... that's insane to me!!
170.4 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 20.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
