For the past few days, I was weighing in at 167, 168. Last night, we didn't have anything set out for dinner and I let hubby win and we had fast food (Sonic chicken wings and fries). I know I should be happy to still see progress overall, but I am just mad about the 1-2 lb increase in one day. 😔 I have been trying so hard for a bigger drop... oh well I guess... live and learn.
169.2 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
