I've been working out all week...and eating right...why am i gaining weight?! What the heck?
166.4 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Looking at your diet, I would not say that you are eating right. Also, are you exercising? If so, you should record that here as well.
