My weight loss has stalled. I am eating the same way I had been for a long time. I think it is time for a nice bike ride (tadpole trike) tonight and to get on that hardcore. I've got less than a month before we head to Vegas and I want to look my best and not feel guilty for the 5 lbs I'll put on there.
