Workout:

1 minute Swiss Ball Mnt. Climbers
30 DB Jumping Jacks
20 1-arm DB Lunge and Shoulder Press (each side)
12 DB T-Pushups w Row (each side)
20 Decline Situps with DB flies
20 DB Burpees
30 DB Seal Jacks
15 Dips with Leg Raise

25 minutes cardio

Keep the furnace going! This was one of my tougher workouts ... no long breaks between movements ... 20 seconds rest, tops.
