Staying at roughly 180 for a whole week and a half got me a bit discouraged, but I stuck with it, and now I'm down to 179! I would be hesitant to trust that weigh-in, but it was a flat 179.0

Anything higher and I would've said I'd be back up to 180 tomorrow morning, but I'm encouraged that I may see 178 soon!
179.0 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
