Finally, I have lost weight two weeks in a row. I hope that I am finally on the right track. I am so excited to finally weigh 250. I can't wait to see the scale in the 240's. I feel like I am finally doing something right.
Last two weeks I have been very conscience of getting enough water and eating enough. My goal for the next two weeks is to increase my physical exercise and get into the 240's.


Yeah, go me.

Diet Calendar Entry for 31 March 2012:
1958 kcal Fat: 141.55g | Prot: 113.15g | Carb: 42.39g.   Breakfast: Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake, margarine,  pork sausage , sugar free syrup , truvia, baking powder, cinnamon, golden flaxseed Bob's red mill, egg. Lunch: blue cheese dressing, pepperoni, smoked gouda, celery, tomato. Dinner: chicken liver, green beans french. Snacks/Other: pepperoni, carb smart ice cream, atkins nutty. more...
