I went for a walk with Christina Aguilera, and Chaka Chan today; once again, of course, it was only their music, but my knees are feeling great, and I've already started planning when and how I will add, more, distance and running to the equation; but I'm not rushing it. I also had a great workout in the weight room. :-) I feel like I'm finally putting it all together; I can only hope I never lose my determination, to follow this whole thing to completion. If I can complete my mission, then I'll feel like I'm in my twenties again, and will definately get myself a new wardrobe; I'll have to, because nothing I have, now, will fit me right. ;-) Inspite of what I said in BHA's journal, about shopping, that's one shopping trip I will enjoy! LOL:-D
