BP: 134/73 BMI: 29.7 (overweight)
I have remained very active but my eating habits are terrible. Too much eating out and unhealthy garbage. I need to quit this especially with 2 trips to Vegas within the next month. The rain has held off for a change and I'm hitting the trail this evening.
