Hey french fries this week and I'm very disappointed in myself
179.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don't be too hard on yourself, Dreamchaser. You have been loosing and today is a new day. Maybe add a few more minutes of biking to make up for the fries and help yourself feel better.
