I have gained over half of the weight I worked so very hard to lose. So I'm getting my butt back to the gym and back on Weight Watcher's. I can't keep doing this...
216.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 66.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.5 lb a week

Yea, I have also come to the conclusion that I will forever have to watch what I eat and exercise. It sucks,but losing it is only half the battle. Keeping it off is the other half and it's not easy.
