Reduce carbs to 40 g/day, Protein 85g/day= calories : 1000-1200/day.
500 mg Sodium 2x/day

1000-1200 cal is not sustainable. Unfortunately, it won't work in the long run. I'm a 31 y o female and my body needs 1380 cal just to sustain itself, not accounting for exercise or any daily activities. So I'm eating around 1700 and still losing weight. Calculate how much your body actually needs and don't eat less. (You won't be able to eat that little for a long period of time) And it's not just any calories, you have to make sure you are having enough protein. I target my macros at around 25-35-40 (protein,fat,carbs) Good luck!
