I dropped the slow carb diet but I learned that beans are my friend and they stabilize my blood sugar so I do incorporate those in my meals. I started Bright Line Eating for the reason that I am a major Food Addict and Dr. Susan Pierce Thompson addresses this and gives the tools needed to eat in a controlled manner. I have been following her plan for 6 days now and I already feel more peaceful and my weight is dropping. I feel like this is something I will do for the rest of my life. I understand myself so much better now than I did. I no longer drink wine. I thought that would be a hard one for me since wine has been my security blanket for almost 20 years. I no longer consume flour or sugar. My mind is becoming clearer and my depression is gone.
