A good day - managed to do half-hour at the gym on the way home from my night-shift, so I was very pleased with myself. Struggling tonight, as it's my second night and I'm craving sweet things to keep me going, but will persevere, as my 2lbs weight-loss today has spurred me on, cos it now means my 'stones' are in single figures - I am now offically 9st 12lbs! Yippee! :)
