***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels' "Shred it with Weights" (10lb. kettlebell)
Overhead Press (10lb kttbll): 3 sets of 10
Crunches: 4 sets of 25
Oblique Twists (10lb kttbll): 2 sets of 10

**FOOD FOR TODAY**
1.) Breakfast: Visalus Banana (shake mix) Orange Shake (11oz. water, 4oz. orange juice, banana flavor mix, ice)
2.) Lunch: Visalus Chocolate (flavor mix) Shake
3.) Snack: 1/3 bag of "Ding Dong Mixed Nuts"
4.) Dinner: Baked Tilapia fillet (cooked with garlic salt, black pepper, and a drizzle of Light Italian Dressing, Ranchero cheese-stuffed boiled/steamed poblano pepper, 1-2 tbsp. white rice (boiled in water, lemon juice, low-sodium chicken flavoring powder, garlic salt, mashed garlic, and pepper).
5.) Dessert: 1 Girl Scout "Lemonade Cookie"
