First day of the Spring Fling Challenge, and I'm already doing well. It's kind of cheating since I'd gained water weight last week, and it finally dropped off for this morning's weigh-in. Now I have to make sure I keep it off all week.
I've done the HIIT workout on schedule so far this week. It's getting a lot easier to do, thankfully. Wondering if I want to get the rest of the MP3s with my spending money allowance this weekend.
