so decided to get back on the EGG approach again. Butter, Eggs, and that is about it. Still drinking Coffee with Butter and Half and Half plus MCT will be eating salads with oil to stay within my eating window. Gout is still an issue... but subsiding or I am getting use to the pain :) lots of water again... focused on 80 oz min per day.. taking multivitamin also. Need more fiber to "flush" the system.. not having #2 movements as often... which means my body is hording the intake... so need change things up a bit... add more oil, fiber and veggies to the mix...
