Went to my favorite restaurant tonight, a little worried about over indulging. Without the posted nutritional info I tried to plan out what I would eat as much as possible. I ended up eating less than I had planned which, I think, brought me right up to my RDI for today.
Lord, I know this success is only of you. I give you all the praise and glory. Thank you for the time with my family in celebrating the new home you have blessed us with. Thank you again for "hemming me in".
Lord, please prepare me for tomorrow's weigh in. I have been losing weight every day now and know that can't happen every day on this journey. Please help me to give myself grace and please help me to stay focused and ready to continue this mission.I love you! In Jesus' Name, Amen
