The last week or so I've had a number of off-plan eats. None were huge binges by themselves but I think they add up, plus they've gotten my mindset off track to thinking little cheats here and there are OK. My weight loss since mid-Dec has been very slow and I really believe it didn't need to be; I've let things slack off. From now on I will be back to tracking, and counting my carbs more closely.
