Thankfully head is better this morning. As are my hands (the worst bit now is the blister I gave myself on saturday is in an awkward place and keeps cracking!). Dance was good last night, Sadie told me that she felt I had made the most improvement - which was a great boost! I'm going to try and get some more walking into my day by attempting to get out for 10 minutes once the kids are in bed, I've got to try and do something as now I drive to work I dont get that extra walk to work any more! :o(
