Day 3 is going well! I have already lost, it may be "just water weight" but it's a loss! I will take it! I have headed some advise and stopped eating the Atkin's diet bars. I can't say that I won't ever eat them but I will not make them a main source of my diet again. I haven't been good on the water intake the last two days (I am hooked on Sprite zero!) But I have a 33 oz bottle in front of me and I will drink it instead of Sprite Zero for the rest of the day! Something different I am trying this time is taking L-Carnitine tablets. Dr. A suggest these to help with fatty acids being turned into energy.
Feeling positive and motivated!!!
