For those with data phones, I suggest getting the CardioTrainer app. It's free and its extremely useful for keeping track of how many calories you've burned. I use it exclusively to keep track of my exercises and burned calories. As such, I don't use fatsecret to record what I've burned. CardioTrainer is faster and easier to use. I will, however post in my journal how many calories I've burned weekly, when I record my weigh in.
